Description:

When I have drawn a port inside or on the border of a
class, I expect, that resizing the classes will

- keep the port on the border when it was already on the border
- will keep the port in the inside, even when resizing would normally

leave the port in the outside. This means
+ do nothing, if the resizing will not leave the port outside or
on the border
+ move the port, when necessary to keep it in the inside

Note: _moving_ comp struct classes with ports seems not to be a problem
Note1: I don't think, we can argument with "but in case of packages and
classes, there is no moving of classes either, when you resize
the package", because ports and parts cannot exist outside of a class,
but classes can exist outside packages!
